We’re thrilled to once again be supporting the Wedge Island Protection Association (WIPA) Fundraising Auction, returning for another fantastic year in 2025!
This annual event isn’t just a great day out, it’s a powerful initiative that raises much-needed funds for coastal conservation and the protection of our precious marine environments.
Wedge Island, Australia’s largest remaining informal shack community, and we’re pleased to help preserve its unique coastal heritage.
This year’s auction is a blend of online buzz and in-person excitement, offering a fantastic selection of items up for grabs (including Greenskin Wine)!
Every dollar raised goes directly to conservation efforts, ensuring that Wedge and Grey stay pristine and accessible for generations to come.

Time: 12pm – 5pm
Event Location: Wedge Island Helicopter Pad, adjacent to the WIPA First Aid Post.
WIPA Auction Day is fun for the whole family, jam packed with loads of banter, bartering, community activities, Wedge Merchandise, 100’s Club Raffle & the ever so popular – Sausage Sizzle!
