One of the things we love the most about Greenskin Wine is sourcing wines that perfectly balance quality, character, and drinkability.
Our 2025 Pinot Grigio ticks all three boxes and then some!
Crafted by the talented winemaker Michael Webster and the team at West Cape Howe Winery, this limited-release wine is light, crisp, and refreshingly elegant, the very essence of summer in a glass.
Our very first Pinot Grigio, released in 2024, sold out in record time. In fact, demand was so strong that it left us short for a few months while everyone eagerly awaited its return.
That debut release quickly proved that Pinot Grigio has a rightful place in the Greenskin lineup, and it set the stage for this much-anticipated 2025 vintage.
Pinot Grigio is one of the world’s most versatile white grape varieties. Often nicknamed the “Chameleon grape,” it can produce wines in a variety of styles depending on where it’s grown and how it’s handled in the winery.
In France, where it’s called Pinot Gris, you’ll often find richer, spicier versions. In northern Italy, Pinot Grigio takes on a lighter, crisper personality, becoming the refreshing white wine that has won over wine lovers across the globe.
In Western Australia’s Great Southern region, Pinot Grigio thrives in the cool climate, which allows for a slower, more even ripening. This results in fruit that’s wonderfully balanced, carrying bright acidity and fresh, delicate flavours.
The 2025 vintage was especially kind, with cooler conditions and a longer ripening period that delivered grapes of outstanding quality.

Michael Webster, who leads the team at West Cape Howe, has once again shown his expertise with this wine.
His focus on crafting Pinot Grigio in the classic Italian style means the 2025 release is light, vibrant, and refreshingly dry, a style that perfectly suits both casual sipping and fine dining occasions.
As our second Pinot Grigio from Michael, it builds on the runaway success of the 2024 release, offering a wine that’s every bit as enticing, yet with its own unique charm.
Pour yourself a glass of our 2025 Pinot Grigio and you’ll notice its pale straw colour, shimmering with hints of white peach and pearl.
The nose is bright and expressive, opening with guava, green apple, and crunchy pear, lifted by a playful hint of bubblegum.
On the palate, it’s all about freshness and finesse: zesty apple and pear with subtle tropical notes, all wrapped up in crisp citrus and a refreshing mineral finish.
It’s the kind of wine that keeps you coming back for another sip.
Pinot Grigio is a dream when it comes to food matching thanks to its bright acidity and clean, subtle flavours.
Our 2025 release pairs beautifully with freshly shucked oysters, crisp green salads, and grilled seafood with just a squeeze of lemon.
It’s also a lovely companion for lighter pasta dishes, sushi, or soft cheeses like burrata or ricotta. Serve it well-chilled and let the flavours shine.
Given how quickly our 2024 vintage disappeared, we know this 2025 Pinot Grigio won’t be hanging around for long.
Available exclusively in our signature 6 x 750ml pouches, it’s lightweight, unbreakable, resealable, and 100% recyclable, quality wine made for anywhere, anytime enjoyment.
