Pinot Grigio is one of the world’s most versatile white grape varieties. Often nicknamed the “Chameleon grape,” it can produce wines in a variety of styles depending on where it’s grown and how it’s handled in the winery.
In France, where it’s called Pinot Gris, you’ll often find richer, spicier versions. In northern Italy, Pinot Grigio takes on a lighter, crisper personality, becoming the refreshing white wine that has won over wine lovers across the globe.
