Good product fairly priced on the whole. Postal delivery included. Quality wines with detailed information about the source and winemaker. Have tried the Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Merlot, Rose, Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc Semillon. Cannot fault any. Like the no waste concept of the pouch return via a prepaid bag. Have taken a monthly subscription on the Rose so far at a 15% discount which is generous. Look forward to trying some of the other wines on offer.

We recently did a remote camping trip and took our Greenskin Wines with us. The wines were our go to around a campfire after long days driving, and fellow travellers were very impressed with the quality of the wine.So easy to store, no leakages and the recycling such a great idea.Highly recommend Greenskin Wines.

I have been purchasing Greenskin wines for a while now as they are convenient and so much lighter to travel with. I enjoy WA wine and have enjoyed all the wines I have tried. When travelling in my small camper van I have very limited space and find I can fit a pouch in some small spaces or a whole box under the bed! The pouches fit perfectly in my very small fridge and I don’t have to worry about them breaking on a bumpy road. Not having to worry about glass has been a huge bonus and I just package up the empty pouches, which take up no room, and drop them in a post box when I pass one. I have just spent 10 weeks on the road and my box of wine was even sent to a different address for me so I could pick it up on my travels. I have shared some excellent wine with people I have met on my travels and introduced them to this wonderful product.

I enjoyed my Greenskin Wines during my travels in my Motorhome. I find they are great for travelling as more compact and no bottles rattling. Far easier to carry and great for the environment when you can return the satchels back to the Company

We were put onto Greenskin wines by our rear neighbour who manages the recycling company that recycles Greenskin packaging in Sydney. Took his advice and got our first medley selection of wines to carry on our North WA adventures. Have never looked back and for us, bottled wine has almost gone by the way. Best thing ever for 4WD adventures to some very remote spots in a great land. Nothing better than sitting around a camp-fire, beach or meteor crater with a Greenskin wine. Great packaging concept, excellent recycling and bloody good wines. We are all on board with Greenskin Wines.

Was recommended this wine from a friend who camps and travels a lot and was so pleasantly surprised. The Chardonnay is beautiful and buttery and so very drinkable. The packaging is great for storage and safe on bumpy roads. Also so good to be able to send the pouches back in the pre paid envelope.

MIKE’S WINE NOTES:

Mike Davies – Co-founder Greenskin Wine, winemaker and wine packaging specialist.

Once again, the masterful winemakers at Naturaliste Vintners, Bruce Dukes and Remi Guise have exceeded our expectations, crafting the prettiest wine we have ever released.

Our 2024 Rosé, made from Grenache grapes grown in the northern end of the esteemed Wilyabrup sub-region of Margaret River, is a true testament to the unique terroir of the region. The vineyards benefit from the cooling breezes where the Indian Ocean meets the Southern Ocean, creating an ideal microclimate for growing high-quality grapes. These natural influences impart a distinct freshness and vibrancy to the wine, enhancing its overall appeal.

The wine’s lightness and freshness are beautifully balanced against the intensity of the Grenache fruits’ savoury and mineral characteristics.

Notes of fresh apple, delicate florals, and a subtle hint of spice intermingle with crisp acidity, resulting in a wine that is both refreshing and satisfying. This harmonious blend creates a complex and intriguing flavour profile that delights the palate with every sip.

  • Colour: Very pale pink and onion skin.
  • Nose: Fresh apples, guava and perfumed flowers.
  • Palate: Leading with a melange of raw guava, apples, and strawberries, this wine has a beautiful savoury middle palate and a clean and fresh chalky finish.

This wine is a perfect example of elegance and sophistication, and we are very excited to share it with you!

HUON’S WINE NOTES:

Huon Hooke is a leading Australian wine writer, critic, educator and show judge, best known for his columns in Sydney Morning Herald Good Food and Good Weekend.

Light, bright purple-tinted colour of a very young rosé. Blackcurrant bonbon aroma, sweetly ripe and bright, clean and fresh, the palate likewise with appetising dryness enhanced by a slight grip, and the flavour lingers on well. A rosé that calls for food, eg charcuterie.

88/100 points – Bronze Medal Winner.

Great tasing wine and loved the convenience of the pouches when travelling. So much easier than carting bottles and the easy post pack for returning the empties makes it even better. Will definitely buy these wines again.
